Facebook's numbers are up in just about every way they can be measured — with growth in revenue, daily active users, and number of hours of video watched each day.
On average, 1.04 billion users logged into Facebook each day in December 2015. 1.59 billion users in total logged in for December 2015. 1.44 billion of those users accessed the social network on a mobile device.
Video content on Facebook is being consumed more than ever, with 8 million videos being watched each day. That adds up to a collective 100 million hours of viewing. That number is sure to solidify its position as a real competitor to YouTube.
Facebook continues to prove itself as a home on the web for businesses, with a total of 50 million small business Pages on the network at the end of December 2015.
Facebook reported that 80% of its total advertising revenue came from mobile.
